Golden Elephant Golf Club is a membership club, occupying an area of 3,600 mu and only 36km away from Beijing CBD. It has two international standard 18-hole golf courses, both of which are designed by IMG America. The eastern 18-hole course is in European style, while the western one is in American style. The course is surrounded with elaborate planning lakes and primary fruit wood.

The eastern 18-hole course is designed by the famous Sweden golf player Mr. Jesper Parnevik, which is deemed as his first masterpiece in Asia. The first nine holes of this course are concealed in the dense primary fruit wood, while the last nine holes are surrounded by large lakes with broad views. With his professional vision as a vocational golf player, Jesper Parnevik integrates his deep understanding to the essence of golf and his rich experience in the international championships into the course design, filling the eastern 18-hole course with spirits and innovation. The western 18-hole course is designed by Brit Stenson, the chief senior designer of IMG. This course has more challenges in design difficulty.

By the end of 2005, Golden Elephant Golf Club had successively undertaken many large golf competitions, such as “The First Leg of The 1st China Golf Tour”, “Jesper Parnevik Cup Invitation Tournament”, and “Royal Bank of Scotland Cup Tournament”, which had won the recognition and approval from CGA and the golf players.
