• 1.  The type and proportion of Booth should be confirmed first, then please fax or mail Application/Contact back to organizer after filling and stamping Page1 and Page2.
• 2.  50% of the total fee should be paid to the organizer after signed Application/contact within 10 days, we will reserve the exhibit area as your request. The balance should be paid before 31th July, 2011. The currencies mentioned in the contact are always in USD.
• 3.  Payment deadline is 31^th.July, 2011, the organizer will post the invoice to the companies who have faxed or posted the Application/Contact and paid the total fee.
• 4.  Before the 31^th July，2011, the organizer will post the <Exhibitor Service Manual>,and assist the exhibitor do preparation for the exhibition.
